The hats are a metaphor, but we just really wanted to say “Wearing Sombreros is a character building exercise.” Du-rags, fedoras, sombreros,… what do all of these things have in common? They are hats. You put them on your head. Much like hats, you play many different roles as an independent freelance creative/business owner.
